These terms govern the use of the TweedBet platform (tweedbet-casino.uk) by any registered player. By creating an account or making a deposit, a player accepts these terms in full. 1. Eligibility

12. Technical Errors and Void Wins

13. Intellectual Property

14. Limitation of Liability

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute not resolved through the ADR process described above may be brought before the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights a player may hold in their own place of residence.

16. Severability

If any individual clause within these terms is found by a court or regulator to be unenforceable, that finding does not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining clauses, which continue to apply in full. TweedBet will, where practical, replace an unenforceable clause with one that achieves a similar practical effect within the bounds of the law.
